A powerhouse in aesthetics education, having founded ACHaesthetics he now has a dedicated training academy at Tower Bridge.
He has been teaching aesthetics-based courses for over 25 years throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.
His passion for aesthetics education shows through his unique approach to teaching, drawing upon experience from the industry while uniting theory and practice.
With many success stories of participants under his wings, Andrew Hansford stands as a leader and mentor in the aesthetics industry.

Paul Read
Paul Read is a registered nurse the founder of Sussex Aesthetics. Paul has over 15 years’ experience in the medical sector including NHS and private care. He has always had an interest in aesthetic practice and trained in Harley street under the guidance of Dr Kate Goldie, director of Medics Direct (Europe Ltd)
Sussex Aesthetics mission is to provide professional medical, evidence based and results driven aesthetic and corrective treatments to clients wishing to remain youthful and radiant.
Dr Javed Hussain
Experienced Clinical Director and founder of Neo-Derm Ltd. With a demonstrated experience in Dermatology. Extensively trained in Botulinum Toxins, Dermal Fillers, Chemical Peels, treatment of burns and non-surgical full face and neck lifts, Dr Hussain runs private aesthetics clinics and mentorship programs in both Manchester and London. He is meticulous and thorough with customer service and ethics at the centre of his practice.

Dr Hussain teaches at internationally renown institutions both in Europe and Asia. Debbie Rainbow
Debbie Rainbow has been a registered nurse for 38 years, with extensive experience in all aspects of clinical nursing.
Since 2009, Debbie has worked as an aesthetic nurse prescriber and progressed into education in 2014. She holds the Royal Advanced Certificate in Clinical Education and is currently studying for her Level 7 PGDip in Aesthetic Injectable Treatments. Debbie collaborates with several esteemed companies, providing training across the country. She also runs a small clinic in the north, offering a wide range of non-surgical treatments.
Debbie is committed to constantly improving her knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. She follows a 360° holistic, patient-centred approach to treatment planning, carefully deciding whether to treat or not to treat, which is always an option. Debbie uses the best products available, all of which are supported by extensive clinical research data.
She has the privilege of working with some fabulous friends and colleagues within the aesthetic field and continues to learn from them. Debbie is a member of the BACN, BDNG, and the Academy of Higher Educators, and she values the academic support they offer.
