Shipping And Handling

We aim to ship all orders within 10 days and usually much sooner. All orders are sent by the most appropriate method for your area.

Most orders are shipped with a tracking number and require acknowledgement of delivery. If acknowledgement is not available when the delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card advising where the parcel is held. It is your responsibility to arrange re delivery or collect the parcel within 7 days of the date of the card. In the event that correctly delivered goods are returned to Medical Aesthetic Group Ltd by the carrier the company reserves the right to charge for any goods not suitable for re sale together with any direct costs incurred and an administration charge not to exceed 10% of the purchase price of the goods.

Overseas Orders

We accept overseas orders and have customers located around the world, however our website is not set up to calculate the carriage costs as there are many variations to consider.   We do, however, have an excellent freight forwarder and can get very competitive quotes for delivery. If you are an overseas company and wish to place an order, please do so in the normal way using the website and pay at the checkout as if a UK. order. We will then obtain a quote for you for the carriage costs.  Upon your approval and payment, we will then despatch your order or if the delivery cost is not acceptable, we will refund you.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you within 10 business days or less. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
